No Refunds: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital software and license activation, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed. License Activation: Refunds are not available once a product license has been issued or activated. Add-Ons & Preset Packs: All add-on packs, presets, and expansions are non-refundable.
